By purchasing the "New Year, New Sales Page" Web Design Offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Scope of Services
    This package includes the design or redesign of one webpage (homepage or sales/landing page). Deliverables include a mobile-responsive webpage, strategic layout optimized for conversions, and one round of revisions. Additional changes or pages are subject to additional fees.

  • Payment Terms

    • The total cost of the project is $299, due in full at the time of booking.
    • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Project Timeline

    • Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the start date.
    • Timely communication and provision of materials (e.g., branding assets, copy, etc.) by the client are required to meet the timeline. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.

  • Client Responsibilities

    • You must provide all necessary assets, including logos, brand guidelines, copy, and imagery, within 48 hours of booking.
    • If assets are not provided in a timely manner, the project may be rescheduled at the designer's discretion.

  • Revisions
    One round of revisions is included to address minor adjustments and refinements. Requests beyond this scope or additional rounds of revisions will incur additional fees.

  • Ownership and Usage

    • Upon final payment and delivery, the completed webpage design is yours to use for business purposes.
    • The designer retains the right to feature the work in her portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • The designer reserves the right to cancel the project and issue a prorated refund for unused services if unforeseen circumstances arise.
    • Clients may cancel the project before work begins for a full refund. No refunds will be issued once the project has started.

  • Limitation of Liability
    The designer is not responsible for any business losses resulting from the use or functionality of the completed design. All designs are provided “as-is” upon final approval.

  • Acceptance of Terms
    By booking this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
